कलेक्टर से वार्ता एवं सहमति के बाद लहसोडा के परिवार ने धरना किया समाप्त

सवाई माधोपुरए 21 मार्च। लहसोडा गांव निवासी हरिशंकर जांगिड की गत 13 सितम्बर को मृत्यु हो गई थी। इस मामले में मृतक के परिजन कई मांगों को लेकर कलेक्ट्रेट के सामने धरने पर बैठे हुए थे। जिला कलेक्टर राजेन्द्र किशन द्वारा इसे गंभीरता से लेते हुए कई दिनों से परिजनों को समझाकर धरना समाप्त करने का आग्रह किया गया था। रविवार को कलेक्टर द्वारा एक बार फिर से धरने को समाप्त करवाने के लिए गंभीरता से प्रयास किए गए। कलेक्टर के प्रयास एवं जांगिड समाज के पूर्व अध्यक्ष मूलचंद के सहयोग से धरना दे रहे परिवार के लोगों से वार्ता की गई। वार्ता के बाद कलेक्टर ने अतिक्रमण के संबंध में जांगिड परिवार द्वारा कब्जा की गई भूमि के नियमन की मांग  पर कलेक्टर ने कहा कि नियमानुसार जो भी संभव होगा, उनके परिवार के पक्ष में कार्रवाई करवाएंगे। इसी प्रकार मृतक की बच्ची के विवाह के संबंध में मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना में शादी के बाद नियमानुसार आवेदन करने पर मिलने वाली राशि दिलवाने तथा संविदा पर ठेकेदार के पास जो भी काम मृतक का बेटा कर सकता है के लिए सहयोग करने का भरोसा दिलाया या फिर रोजगार गारंटी योजना में मेट/श्रमिक के रूप में रोजगार दिलाने की बात कही। कलेक्टर से हुई वार्ता एवं कलेक्टर के द्वारा उनको धैर्यपूर्वक सुनने के बाद परिजनों ने विचार विमर्श कर धरना समाप्त करने की घोषणा की। उल्लेखनीय है कि कलेक्ट्रेट के सामने गत डेढ माह से यह परिवार धरना दे रहा था तथा मेगा हाइवे पर यातायात समस्या के बावजूद जिला कलेक्टर ने मानवीय रूख अपनाते हुए इन्हें बलपूर्वक नहंी हटवाया बल्कि अनेकों बार स्वयंए एसडीएम, तहसीलदार एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों द्वारा इनसे वार्ता कर समझाया गया तथा पूर्ण आश्वस्त किया कि पुलिस एवं प्रशासन इस प्रकरण में विधि संगत कार्य कर रहा है तथा न्यायालय में भी लोक अभियोजक द्वारा प्रभावी पैरवी की जाएगी। कलेक्टर ने वार्ता के बाद सहमति बनने तथा धरना समाप्त करनेेेे पर उक्त परिवार को लहसोडा के लिए रवाना किया। कलेक्टर ने पुलिस अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा उक्त परिवार को धमकी दी जाती है तो उन्हें पाबंद करें। जिला रसद अधिकारी एवं अन्य अधिकारियों को बीपीएल परिवार के तहत मिलने वाली सुविधाओं को तत्काल दिलवाने के निर्देश भी दिए। इस मौके पर रामप्रसाद जांगिड, ट्रस्ट अध्यक्ष विश्वकर्मा आश्रम, रामकिशन कुस्तला, किशनलाल, महेन्द्र आदि भी उपस्थित थे।

After the talks, the Collector, on the demand for regulation of the land occupied by the Jangid family in relation to the encroachment, said that whatever would be possible as per the rules, Will get action in favor of his family. Similarly, in relation to the marriage of the deceased's child, the Chief Minister can get the amount received on application after marriage in the Kanyadan scheme as per rules and whatever work the contractor can do on the contract for the son of the deceased,Be assured of cooperation or to provide employment as a mate / workers in the employment guarantee scheme. After listening patiently to them by the Collector and the Collector, the family announced to end the sit-in by deliberating.
